Reatsk) has been initiated. Now you say you are suspending play (this
is actually happening in the response step of the Retask-play
action), and place a Temporal Vortex on the Borg Ship dilemma. The
selected target is gone, so the Retask plays out with no results, and
is discarded.
If you Temporal Vortex the Borg Ship *before* your opponent declares
that he is playing Retask, then you aren't suspending play. You are
just carrying out an action. He has no target to select, so he cannot
initiate the play of Retask.
