Nachdem ich durchaus Dr. Csonts Entscheidung den Download zu erlauben respektierte, weil sie auf Basis von diversen offiziellen Regelungen erfolgte, wollte ich dennoch eine offizielle Klärung erhalten. Hauptgrund dafür war das Fehlen des entsprechenden Regelnachweises. Hier ist er:
